Terms and Conditions ("Terms")

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the www.amour.coach, www.amour.training and www.amourbusinesscoaching.com websites and (the "Service") operated by Amour Business Coaching ("us", "we", or "our").  

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.   By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.  

Coaching: Description of Coaching: Coaching is partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal and professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.

1) Coach-Client Relationship

A. Coach agrees to maintain the ethics and standards of behavior.

B. Client is solely responsible for creating and implementing his/her own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from the coaching relationship and his/her coaching calls and interactions with the Coach. As such, the Client agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach. Client understands coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.

C. Client further acknowledges that he/she may terminate or discontinue the coaching relationship at any time.

D. Client acknowledges that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of his or her life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education and recreation. The Client agrees that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate coaching principles into those areas and implementing choices is exclusively the Client’s responsibility.

E. Client acknowledges that coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association and that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice by legal, medical or other qualified professionals and that it is the Client’s exclusive responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed. If Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional, it is recommended that the Client promptly inform the mental health care provider of the nature and extent of the coaching relationship agreed upon by the Client and the Coach.

F. The Client understands that in order to enhance the coaching relationship, the Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance and to create the time and energy to participate fully in the program   The parties agree to engage in a either a fortnightly or monthly Coaching Program through Zoom meetings. Coach will be available to Client by e-mail and voicemail in between scheduled meetings as defined in the introductory meeting and confirmed in writing via email.  

Purchases   If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, email address, mobile phone number, address and credit card to pay for purchases. All payments are processed securely through Stripe (https://stripe.com/gb/privacy) Paypal (https://www.paypal.com/uk/legalhub/privacy-full) and Apple Pay (https://www.apple.com/uk/apple-pay/?) Amour Business Coaching use these providers to securely process recurring payments and subscriptions. We do not hold credit card or payment details and cannot access your payment details.   Your contact details (name, email and phone number) will be stored in Amour Business Coaching’s CRM Go Modern (https://gomodern.co/terms-and-conditions)
Amour Business Coaching will not share or sell your data. If you would like to be removed from our CRM please contact operations@amour.coach
   

Subscriptions   Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis via the above payment providers.    

Content   Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). We do not accept liability for harmful content posted by others, if found you will be removed from the membership and blocked from Amour Business Coaching.        

Links To Other Web Sites   Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Amour Business Coaching.  


Amour Business Coaching has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Amour Business Coaching shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.   Changes   We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.  


SATISFACTION MONEY BACK GUARANTEES:​

Both the Fortnightly and Monthly One To One Coaching packages come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.

If you have booked a coaching package and you agree to attend all of the coaching sessions, play full out and complete the work in between and you decide within 30 days it is not for you, I will refund you in full, no questions asked.​If you sign up to the Alchemy In Business 12 Week Coaching Program - I offer a full refund up to 14 days before we attend the kick off in person event. ​If you agree to play full out, be open to being coached and challenging your limits and this is not for you I will refund you - No questions asked.

PLEASE NOTE:
If you have attended the 2 x Day Kick Off there will be a deduction of £2000 to cover the costs, the balance will be refunded in full.​​

Coaching Cancellation and Refund Policy:​

Cancellation fees apply.

If the cancellation is received 24 hours or less before the coaching session starts there won't be a refund or session rescheduled for that session or previous sessions and services received.

If the cancellation is received more than 24 hours in advance a full refund will be payable minus services already delivered or the session can be rescheduled - If you have paid in advance and the cancellation is in month 6 for fortnightly coaching or month 12 if monthly coaching (the month you receive for free for paying in advance) there won't be a monetary refund due but we will reschedule the coaching session so that you receive the full amount of sessions agreed.​If you have paid in advance for one to one coaching and need to cancel during the agreed coaching period you will be refunded the balance owed minus the cost of coaching and services already provided.
If you have paid in full up front the refund will be calculated based on actual months paid for.

Membership Cancellation:

Payment for the mastermind membership is taken in full for the month ahead, if you decide you would like to cancel you have 14 days from first signing up to cancel and then the membership is on a rolling basis so you can cancel at any time and you will have access to the membership up until your payment date of the following month.

You can cancel through your account in the membership and client areas or alternatively please contact us and we will process your cancellation
