Meet Vikki
Vikki ran her own business before becoming a business coach so she knows what it's like to run a small business!
Since 2010 she has run her own successful bookkeeping and accountancy business working closely with startup, small and medium businesses in a financial capacity as well as working with the business owners on their business growth.
For the first 10 years of Vikki's business she experienced constant anxiety, low confidence thinking she wasn't good enough (no matter what her customers said or how much experience she had), sleepless nights worrying about EVERYTHING, pushing herself too hard (because she wanted everything to be beyond perfect first time but there were NEVER enough hours in the day) and working close to burnout which ended up making her seriously ill....TWICE
In 2018 she made the decision things NEEDED to change, it didn't happen overnight (it took her another 2 YEARS to actually start making serious changes) but if Vikki can change anyone can!
As well as coaching Soul Lead Ambitious and Passionate Small Business Owners, like you, Vikki volunteers at a UK homelessness charity where she coaches inspiring Entrepreneurs to start businesses and she also mentors Small Business Owners through the Help To Grow Scheme.
Vikki is a strong believer that we are all capable of anything we set our minds to as long as we are taking the right action and believe we can achieve it.
