In 2018, I found myself standing in front of a mirror, my internal voice screaming at me: "There HAS to be more to life than this!" It was a moment of profound realization, a turning point that would set the course for the rest of my life.

You see, two years prior, I had undergone emergency open heart surgery. My aortic heart valve had been severely leaking - an accidental discovery that saved my life. But in the midst of recovery and day-to-day survival, I hadn't had the chance to reflect on my life's direction. It wasn't until 2018 when I lost my Dad to cancer that I began questioning everything. My world was turned upside down overnight and the following two years were the most challenging personally and professionally.

I knew things needed to change. But how? Where did I even begin?

From the age of 18, I had been working as a bookkeeper and accountant. Since 2010, I had been running my own successful bookkeeping and accountancy business, working closely with entrepreneurs, sole traders and small to medium-sized business owners. It was all I knew. But I felt stuck, I was living life on autopilot, going through the motions without any real sense of purpose or passion. But then something remarkable happened...

Coaching entered my life in 2019, I attended a taster training day and signed up to train as a coach - not because I wanted to become one but because I wanted to use these tools in my own life and business.

As part of my training, I clocked up hundreds of hours coaching other coaches and small businesses (and anyone who would let me coach them!). The results were astounding - not only for them but for me too. I found that I absolutely LOVED doing it! And thus, Amour Business Coaching was born.

It was during this period that I came across some amazing individuals who would change my life forever - Among them, Tony Robbins, William Whitecloud and Joe Dispenza. These renowned coaches and mentors opened my eyes to the limitless potential within. They taught me that we all have the power within us to shape our destiny and create the life and businesses that we love and want to live!

My story is proof that it's never too late to turn things around, to start living your life on purpose. It's a testament to the power of determination, resilience, and the right guidance.
